Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: January 1, 2026

FrameShaping LLC ("FrameShaping," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through frameshaping.com and our coaching, team-development, speaking, digital content, and community/membership services (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

1.Information We Collect

Information you provide

We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you fill out a form, book a call, purchase a program or membership, join our community, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing and payment information, company or role, and any information you share in coaching intake, community posts, surveys, or communications.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our providers may automatically collect device and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data — through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from service providers, payment processors, community and scheduling platforms, and social or advertising platforms you use to interact with us.

Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2.How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and deliver the Services you request;
  • Process payments, memberships, and subscriptions, and send related notices;
  • Schedule and manage coaching, workshops, events, and community access;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • Personalize and improve the Services and develop new offerings;
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate, including CRM/marketing automation (e.g., our website and funnel platform), payment processors, email and scheduling tools, our community platform (currently Skool) and video platforms, and analytics providers, who may process data only on our behalf. Community membership accounts and billing are handled on that platform under its own privacy practices.
  • Affiliated offerings — where you engage with programs offered in connection with Elevare Global, information may be shared as needed to provide those offerings.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4.Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the website functions. Where required, we will present a cookie/consent notice and honor your choices, including recognized opt-out signals.

5.Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

7.Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

U.S. state privacy rights (e.g., California and similar laws): eligible residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To submit a request, email us at the address above.

8.Marketing Communications

With your permission where required, we may send you newsletters, offers, and updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages related to your account or purchases.

9.Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and communications may link to third-party sites and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

10.Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11.Users Outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
